Junior Systems Support - PC based hardware, Windows 2000/XP/2003 server and networking knowledge; good troubleshooting, customer service & telephone skills. Working experience with restaurant / retail POS or accounting systems, A+ Certification an asset. Experience in a related field preferred but not necessary. Duties include installation, training & support of proprietary POS systems. Pager rotation and use of own vehicle required. Positions available in Vancouver, and Toronto.
